Clases Y Sesiones Abiertas
Will start one or two
weeks after the school year starts. We will keep you informed
about those dates. Keep checking our website for more info.
As a participant of the
Rural Technology and Information Project parents who are selected
from Alianza Charter School, Rolling Hills, EA Hall and Lakeview are
provided with many wonderful services.
COMPUTERS
AND INTERNET SERVICE:
If the participant is eligible and is in need of a
computer our program will lend a computer out for the
whole school year. Our computers also come with
free internet access which is provided by our school
district (PVUSD) In addition to these services we feel
that it is necessary to provided our participants with
tech support issues. Since most of our parents are
beginners when it comes to computing feeling comfortable
talking to our tech support is a plus.
CLASES AND WORKSHOPS:

It is required that a parent/participant of our project comes to at
least 15 hours of computer training and or 4 clases. If our
parents are new or just need to freshen up on their computer skills
we have our 4 week beginners course that we provided every year.
We also provided advanced/intermediate classes that
include Microsoft Work, Typing Skills, Intro to Internet
and more! We are also working hard to
implement a new workshop that would teach our parents how to use
technology and their computers to help make decisions in local
government |
